Private Equity and Fundraising

This also comes under the heading “Corporate Finance” and means literally finance for corporate ventures whether they be start-ups, developing businesses or mature companies or entities. As a result the services provided by the Corporate Department are often used in conjunction with other forms of transaction such as acquisitions or private equity deals. It will be often a multiple finance transaction involving numerous related transactions requiring expert project management of both our own and outside resources.
