The Hyde Group and Sovereign Housing Association have completed a stock swap involving more than 1,400 homes.
Residents of 721 homes from across Hampshire, including in Fareham, Havant, Portsmouth and Southampton, have moved from Sovereign to Hyde and in return, 719 homes in Basingstoke and Deane, East Hampshire, Hart, New Forest and Test Valley were transferred from the ownership of Hyde to Sovereign.
The Devonshires team, who acted for The Hyde Group, was led by Julie Bradley and James Murphy.
