Over the past few years we have grown significantly and now have approximately 200 employees. We work hard at maintaining a non-hierarchical, open door environment within the office so our colleagues actually enjoy coming to work. Many of our professional staff - including partners - have come from other leading law firms and are attracted by our ability to offer a wide variety of workload, an impressive and varied client base and early responsibility - including the opportunity to develop relationships with key clients from the outset.
