Emma is a Solicitor who joined the Securities Team in January 2007. Emma qualified in 2005 and moved to Ireland upon qualification to work in a private client department mainly dealing with high end residential conveyancing before moving back to England and to Devonshires. Emma acts for both Registered Providers of Housing and lenders in the giving and taking of security under loan facilities.
