Saghar is a Solicitor who joined the Securities Team in April 2010. Saghar qualified in 2008 from a private practice firm and upon qualification moved into in-house practice and started working for a Public Limited Company specialising in high value commercial and residential property transactions.
Saghar acts for many Registered Providers of Social Housing in the charging of security, which ranges from residential street properties to large developments. Saghar’s experience includes the securitisation of matters under varying loan facilities, ranging from £1 million to £250 million. In addition, Saghar has acted on behalf of many Registered Providers in respect of their property charging on their bond issues.
