Triya is a Partner in the Property Department. She advises on a broad range of property transactions with a particular emphasis on site acquisitions, complex development agreements and regeneration.
Triya recently acted on a regeneration scheme in the London Borough of Gravesham involving over 200 new affordable homes. She also has extensive experience in advising Registered Providers on the rationalisation of their stock including large scale asset transfers for over 4500 properties for two Registered Providers.
