With the increasing pressures on the housing with care market, extra care housing is a growing and increasingly popular alternative to residential care. The Projects Group has a wealth of experience in this area and acts for clients in a variety of sectors, including Local Authorities and Registered Providers in relation to PFI, PPP and private sector extra care projects.
In addition to extra care the Projects Group has also advised on a number of residential care projects including the re-provision of care homes, the design, build and operation of care homes and acquisition of care homes for both the public and private sector.
