Devonshires' Commercial Litigation Team offers substantial experience in all aspects of commercial dispute resolution and litigation. Our commercial litigation solicitors have dealt with cases in every tier of the English court system from the County Court to the House Lords, together with domestic and international arbitration (alternative dispute resolution) and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
