We have an excellent record of successfully striking out claims and ensuring the withdrawal of weak claims. Where matters remain contested, we work in close partnership with our clients to maximise prospects of success.
We are also highly experienced in advising clients on the potential impacts of Working Time Regulations and National Minimum Wage legislation, and at presenting and implementing practical commercial solutions. Of particular note, we recently devised a strategy on behalf of our client which resulted in securing the withdrawal of multiple claims bought under the National Minimum Wage Act 1998, effecting our client savings of £2 million.
In liaison with our commercial litigation department we are also involved in fraud cases involving employees.
