Leisure

Our Projects Group has been at the forefront of the development of the leisure PFI sector. Of the first four leisure PFI schemes to close, we advised the relevant Local Authorities on two of the schemes and the Project Company on the other two.

In addition to our PFI experience, we also have extensive experience of acting for local authorities and leisure operators on leisure outsourcing projects. See Outsourcing.

Our experienced team continues to advise on leisure PFIs (and PPPs) including advising Wolverhampton City Council on its leisure outsourcing project and leisure providers, SLM, on the recent Basildon Sporting Village leisure project.
