He is skilled in Change Delivery, Business Strategy, and Data Analysis. Having worked in Social Housing for many years he understands how a flexible yet structured approach to delivering Change and Improvement can support and underpin service excellence whilst safeguarding housing providers, their residents, and colleagues.
