Nathaniel has experience in residential plot sales transactions including freehold and leasehold, shared ownership, and new build properties acting for registered providers, charities and private individuals.

Experience

Prior to joining Devonshires, he previously worked within a residential conveyancing department in a regional Law firm in Hertfordshire, where he supported fee earners in sales and purchases from instruction to post-completion. He has also handled remortgage and transfers of equity matters and is just about to complete his LPC.

Education

Nathaniel graduated from BPP University with a LLB and is currently studying the LPC at BPP Law School.
