Areas of Expertise

Lilian advises and supports social landlords on a wide range of housing management issues including anti-social behaviour, abandonment, unauthorised occupation, tenancy fraud, access issues, succession and housing conditions claims.  She also has experience in advising on gas and electrical safety checks, rent arrears and hoarding.

Lilian has experience in reviewing and drafting housing policies and procedures, and training on general tenancy management, including anti-social behaviour.

Experience

Having amassed over 15 years of housing management experience, Lilian changed her career to law. Prior to joining Devonshires, Lilian worked as in-house Legal Counsel for a Private Registered Provider.

Personal

Lilian enjoys walking, reading, theatre and spending time with friends and family.
