Julie specialises in Residential Development with a particular focus on title and HM Land Registry matters and leads the Post completion team dealing with registration of title for Registered Providers.

Experience

Julie previously worked for many of the top 20 UK Housebuilders on the acquisition of land for residential development and also has experience of New Build plots sales and the sale of serviced parcels.

Education

Julie graduated from The University of Nottingham with an BSc in Chemistry before completing the GDL and LPC at The University of Law in Birmingham

Personal

Julie enjoys travelling in her camper van and has two rescue cats.
