Simone works in all areas of housing management litigation including possession claims, anti-social behaviour and breach of tenancy injunctions, committal proceedings, disrepair, money claims and leasehold matters.

Experience

Simone has worked in Housing Management for over 12 years and has acted for many Housing Associations and Local Authorities having previously worked at Judge & Priestley LLP, Capsticks LLP and Batchelors Solicitors (now Birketts LLP).

Simone is a volunteer for a local charity called Bromley Brighter Beginnings who assist in providing essential items to families living in need in the London Borough of Bromley. Simone also enjoys the theatre, travelling and experiencing foreign cultures but equally loves exploring London and the UK!
