Areas of Expertise

Mandeep advises Registered Providers and Local Authorities on various aspects of Housing Management and Property Litigation. She regularly handles complex possession proceedings, injunctions, closure order matters, often involving vulnerability, substance abuse or mental health issues. She also advises on wider leasehold disputes as well as regeneration projects. Mandeep also provides non-contentious advice, including drafting and reviewing tenancies, policies and procedures, and wider housing management advice for landlords operating in both the public and private sector nationwide.


Experience

Prior to joining Devonshires, Mandeep worked in the Housing Management Team at Capsticks. She also has 10 years’ experience working in-house for Local Authorities, advising on a wide range of housing management and litigation matters.


Conferences

Mandeep provides training to her clients on various Housing Management and Property Litigation topics.


Education

Mandeep completed her LLB Law at Queen Mary, University of London. Thereafter she completed her LPC at the College of Law in London.


Personal

Outside of work, Mandeep keeps active through running and has taken part in a variety of races and fundraising events. In her downtime, she enjoys baking and spending time with her two young children.
