About the Speakers:

Caroline Mostowfi, Partner, Real Estate & Projects 

Caroline focuses on regeneration and development projects and specialist accommodation projects including transfers of going concern, public-private partnerships and joint ventures. Many of the projects which Caroline has advised upon have involved a housing element, often with a regeneration dimension or an element of service provision including care, extra care, student accommodation, leisure and energy services.

Donna McCarthy, Partner, Housing Management and Property Litigation

Donna heads up a team advising on all aspects of housing management law and practice, acting for Local Authorities, Registered Providers and private landlords in complex litigation, including possession proceedings; actions to restrain Anti-Social Behaviour; injunctions and disrepair actions.

Donna’s expertise in complex dispute resolution, both in and out of court, sits alongside her extensive experience in advising on non-contentious policy and procedure in addition to regulatory matters.

Christian Barnes, Solicitor, Banking, Governance & Corporate 

Christian is a Solicitor in the Banking, Corporate and Governance team where he assists clients, primarily Registered Providers, to achieve their organisational, legal and regulatory goals.

In addition to his continuing development as a legal professional, Christian contributes a unique set of skills and experience to the Firm from his past career in healthcare. He has a particularly strong client- focused approach to his work.
