Anna Bennett, Partner, Housing Management and Property Litigation
Anna advises and represents clients on all areas of housing management and property litigation, from nuisance, subletting and bogus succession claims, through to disrepair cases and wider leasehold and boundary disputes.
Outside of litigation, Anna also regularly carries out and reviews tenancies, policies and procedure for her clients.
Anna has a particular interest in working with Housing Co-operatives and the challenges faced by those clients.
Anna is also the main point of contact for work we do for the Private Rented Sector.
Zoe Mclean-Wells, Partner, Housing Management and Property Litigation
Zoe advises on all aspects of housing management and practice including all aspects of leasehold, possession proceedings, injunctions, enfranchisement, forfeiture, service charge issues, Tribunal proceedings and lease interpretation. She has a particular interest in fire and building safety related matters.
Zoe’s clients are predominately Registered Providers, but she has also historically advised high street lenders, fixed charge receivers, private landowners and private clients.
Zoe started her legal career as a housing management lawyer at Walker Morris LLP where she worked for 10 years before joining Devonshires in early 2021.
Alex Clarke, Senior Associate, Housing Management and Property Litigation
