Areas of Expertise

Adu is a Trainee Solicitor in our Housing Management and Property Litigation team, assisting with a variety of matters related to possession claims, anti-social behaviour, disrepair actions, nuisance, subletting and bogus succession claims.

Experience

Prior to commencing his training contract, Adu was a Paralegal in our non-contentious Construction team. In this team, he assisted with advising on high-value transactional matters, acting for developers and Registered Providers. His experience includes drafting and negotiating a wide range of standard form and bespoke documentation including consultant appointments, performance bonds, parent company guarantees and collateral warranties.

Prior to joining Devonshires, Adu worked as a Paralegal in the Construction and Infrastructure team as well as the Company Commercial team at Ashfords LLP.

Education

Adu has a 2:1 in International Relations with Politics and completed his Graduate Diploma in Law and LPC LLM at the University of Law.
