Areas of Expertise

Demetrios is a Trainee Solicitor in our Banking, Corporate and Governance Team.

In the Real Estate & Projects team, Demetrios assisted with general property matters and also assisted with a large mixed use development project.

In the Housing Management & Property Litigation team, Demetrios assisted with general property litigation for both residential and commercial properties including boundary disputes, right to management claims and service charge disputes.


Experience

Demetrios graduated from the Mishcon de Reya Sports Law Academy 2019-2020 which involved attending seminars and discussing sports law issues with solicitors and guest speakers.

He also had work experience at private equity investment firm (Shard Credit Partners Limited) and a law firm based in South-East London (Grant Saw Solicitors LLP) where he sat with the Commercial Property and Litigation teams.


Education

Graduated in 2020 from University College London (UCL) with a 2:1 in Law (Upper Second-Class Honours).

Graduated from the University of Law in 2021 with a distinction in LPC with MsC in Law, Business and Management.


Personal

Demetrios is a passionate Arsenal fan and plays football regularly with friends and for the Devonshires 5-a-side football team. Aside from football, he has an interest in sports and keeping up with sports law developments.
