Georgia graduated from the University of Westminster in 2018 with an LLB (Hons) in Law and is currently completing the Solicitors Qualifying Examination with Barbri.

Personal

Georgia loves socialising with her friends and family and trying new restaurants. In addition, she enjoys attending music events. During lockdown, she discovered an interest in baking and cooking. Her signature bake would have to be a Mini Egg cookie!

Notable Cases

Georgia has assisted on succession cases where the matters were successfully settled outside of court before they proceeded to trial which enabled the housing association to save costs on court attendance.

Georgia has successfully obtained possession orders, both outright and suspended, for outstanding rent arrears via the Court process for a large registered provider of social housing.

Georgia assists registered providers of social housing with claims received against them in accordance with the Pre-Action Protocol for Housing Conditions Claims.

Georgia worked as part of a team, attending a client’s office, to assist with organising complaints at both the stage 1 and 2 response stage. Georgia created an overview of each case, providing clarity on the position to assist complaint handlers.
