Notable Cases

Investment round of €5m for Feast-IT – a start-up platform that connects events organisers with suppliers for both physical and virtual events. The oversubscribed round was led by Fuel Ventures and supported by Best Nights VC. I have worked with Feast-IT from their very first friends and family investment round.

Sale of Autoroll, a manufacturer and supplier of steel industrial doors and aluminium roller garage doors to Indutrade, an international technology and industrial business group listed on Nasdaq Stockholm in Sweden. I represented the Sellers first in the restructuring of their business and later in the sale.

Capital Reduction Demerger of a property development business owned by two brothers with a value in excess of £7m. The matter had become contentious with a splitting of the business seen as the only way to proceed. I advised the company on the most efficient means of restructuring the business to achieve this.
