Areas of Expertise

Isabel is a Trainee Solicitor, currently in her second seat in our Real Estate & Projects team.

Experience

Prior to commencing her training contract in 2023, Isabel was a paralegal in our Real Estate and Projects department. She predominantly advised on utilities agreements, including those concerning cables, drainage and highways, as well as deeds of easement, substation leases and land transfers.

Isabel has worked with a range of clients, including Registered Providers, private developers, Local Authorities and utility companies.

Education

Prior to joining Devonshires, Isabel graduated from Durham University with a degree in law before completing her LPC with LLM at BPP Law School in Holborn.

Personal

Isabel is a keen sportswoman, particularly interested in netball. She has recently returned from a summer of travelling around South East Asia.
