Areas of Expertise

Jemma is part of the Securitisation team which assists Registered Providers in charging residential street properties and developments under loan facilities, bond issues and private placements and in so doing, raising funding of between £1 million to £450 million.

Experience

Prior to joining Devonshires in April 2014, Jemma gained legal experience working as a Mental Health Paralegal for a Legal Aid firm near Chancery Lane and she has also worked within Her Majesty’s Courts and Tribunals Service, where she was a Finance Support Officer.

Education

Jemma graduated from Keele University with a 2:1 LLB Law Degree, before completing her LPC at Anglia Ruskin University, achieving a Commendation.
