With extensive experience in advising on acquisitions and disposals both in a domestic and cross-border setting, Prasan’s clients know him as a trusted right hand who can pragmatically advise on M&A matters, private listings, investment rounds and equity fundraisings, tax-driven corporate restructures (including share buybacks) and joint ventures.
Prasan typically acts for clients ranging from owner-managed businesses, entrepreneurs, investors, shareholders to HNWI or their respective trust structures.
Experience
Before joining Devonshires Prasan, spent several years with London law firms, before working as general counsel to a business that supported the British government during the pandemic and then as corporate counsel to a HNWI’s family office advising trustees and various C-Suite members of the group companies. Pulling on this experience, Prasan’s practice also includes acting as interim head of legal for Sage Homes.

A keen cyclist, Prasan has cycled across Poland on a Santander Boris bike for the Alina Foundation and created a cycling-based card game called Bonked).
