Devonshires are pleased to welcome Matthew Webb, Brian Hearne and Krissun Soodin to the Real Estate & Projects team.
Matthew joins the firm from Hamlins LLP as a Solicitor in Real Estate and Projects. Matthew is a keen real tennis player and is a member of the Royal Tennis Court. Before obtaining his graduate diploma in law and his LPC, Matthew studied Economics and Politics at the University of London, Queen Mary College.
Brian joins the firm as a Solicitor in Real Estate and Projects. Brian has a strong grounding in property law, both in his training in a West-end firm and previous roles. Before obtaining his graduate diploma in law and LPC, Brian studied Business & Legal studies at the Waterford Institute of Technology and Law at University College Cork
Krissun is a Solicitor in our Real Estate and Projects Department. Krissun joined Devonshires in January 2015 with significant experience in leasehold enfranchisement, landlord and tenant issues, freehold and leasehold real estate acquisitions and disposals, and advising on a range of commercial contracts.
