Devonshires advises Inland Homes on new joint venture

Devonshires has advised Inland Homes on its 50/50 joint venture with the Anderson Group, a construction and development company.

Partner Jonathan Corris and Solicitor Michelle Mullen secured the deal, which will enable 95 new homes to be built in Ipswich with a development value of £16m. Anderson will construct the units and Inland Homes will manage the sales and marketing of the houses as well as raise funding for the development.

The joint venture follows a similar project underway with the Anderson Group in Essex involving 43 new homes which Devonshires also acted on.

Jonathan Corris said: “Inland Homes is a specialist brownfield developer and housebuilder which has more than 500 homes under construction across the south of England. This joint venture forms part of its growth strategy, enabling it to partner with a complementary organisation sharing resources and skills to deliver a substantial number of new homes in Ipswich.”
