We are delighted to announce the appointment of Duncan Edwards as Chief Operating Officer.
This appointment reinforces Devonshires’ ongoing commitment to ensure that we continue to provide our existing and our future clients with truly excellent legal services and advice throughout the UK and beyond.
Having grown considerably in size over the last three years and with offices opened in Leeds and Colchester, the appointment of Duncan as Chief Operating Officer is a natural progression for the Firm and supports Devonshires’ culture of partners and other fee earners getting out of the office and working closely alongside our clients.
Philip Barden, Senior Partner and Head of Litigation at Devonshires, commented:
“Duncan has an excellent track record in the professional services sector and will no doubt be instrumental in helping us to ensure that we make the most of the undeniable and exciting opportunities that the future holds for Devonshires and its clients.”
Duncan Edwards, Chief Operating Officer, added: “This is a very exciting time to be joining Devonshires and I look forward to contributing to our continued success and that of our loyal and impressive client base. As with our clients, legal services are facing a number of significant challenges and opportunities and I am absolutely delighted to be taking up a position that will enable me to work in a leading ambitious law firm.”
Duncan has extensive experience as a Chief Operating Officer throughout the professional and financial services sectors, having held similar positions within Pitmans Law, Insignia Group and PA Consulting.
