Care Providers and Legal Issues: An Open Floor Discussion

Care Providers and Legal Issues: An Open Floor Discussion

As the CQC continues to review its regulatory approach, this interactive virtual roundtable will outline the current state of the regulatory and legal issues that are engaged in the care sector.

The purpose of this interactive virtual roundtable discussion hosted with Serjeants’ Inn Chambers is to provide a forum to discuss current issues with other care providers. This will be an informal discussion on topical issues, including our thoughts on what could be on the legal horizon for care providers in the future and the CQC’s increasing pursuit of criminal enforcement action.

To ensure you benefit from the session, please submit any questions when registering and we will ensure they are answered during the webinar.
