Kirsty acts for Registered Providers, providing support and advice on all types of employment and HR matters. She advises on day-to-day enquiries covering issues such as disciplinaries and absence management, restructurings, and discrimination grievances; prepares Employment Tribunal claims through to trial; and undertakes policy and contract reviews.

Llewellyn’s main areas of expertise include assisting with Settlement Agreements, Employment Tribunal Claims and drafting Employment Contracts and Policies. Llewellyn worked within our Real Estate & Projects team during his first two seats of his training contract, the Housing Management and Property Litigation team for his third seat and the Employment Team for his final seat.
