Charlotte advises on all aspects of development work and landlord and tenant matters including development agreements, sale contracts, leases, transfers and ancillary documentation for development projects.
Prior to Devonshires Charlotte worked for a Hewitsons Moorhead, a large regional firm with a London presence where she advised on a variety of commercial property transactions including promotion agreements and development agreements, acting for both landowners and developers.
Philip has experience working with major plc house builders as well as mid-sized developers and entrepreneurs on a variety of development projects ranging from sites with a capacity for hundreds of dwellings, to smaller schemes of less than 10 dwellings.
