Michelle Mullen, Partner, Devonshires
Michelle advises on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters for non-profit bodies including charities and registered providers, and private sector businesses. Her advice covers all forms of commercial contracts, IT supply and support, joint ventures and other partnering arrangements, acquisitions and disposals and a variety of partnership, company advisory and start-up matters.
Michelle is part of our cross-departmental Information Team who advises on data protection and freedom of information issues.
Phil Riley, Senior IT Procurement Consultant, Alysium Consulting
Phil works primarily in the Government, Local Authority and Housing sectors advising clients who are seeking to acquire new and replacement core IT, network, telephone and contact centre infrastructure.
His work ranges from blueprints for new solutions through to procurement, contract negotiation, implementation and contract management.
Increasingly clients are looking for Cloud based solutions which deliver solutions on flexible and highly resilient platforms. In particular, these have proved invaluable to provide uninterrupted services through homeworking during the Covid19 pandemic.
Phil has assisted his clients to develop new skills and process required to design, deliver and support Cloud solutions and especially to optimise cost, performance and value for money whilst meeting new challenges with respect to contract negotiation and management in these new environments.
