The present crisis is causing financial difficulties for many, and especially charities. This webinar will provide guidance to those running charities about what they need to think about if they need to restructure or make difficult decisions about the future of their charity.

About the speakers:

Andrew Cowan, Partner, Head of Social Housing, Devonshires
Andrew is a partner and is our Head of Governance and Regulation. Andrew has worked for our charity clients for over 25 years helping our clients manage their ways through difficult times. Andrew is a trustee of several charities and led our team which completed the successful Creditors Voluntary Arrangement for First Priority Housing, enabling it to continue trading.

Keith Jenkins, Consultant, Banking, Governance & Corporate, Devonshires
Keith has worked with charities for over 40 years dealing with all the problems that can arise in their birth life and death.

Jim Varley, Partner, Litigation Dispute Resolution, Devonshires
Jim is an insolvency partner with extensive knowledge of forensic recovery and contentious insolvency. Over 20 years he has built a strong expertise in advising insolvency practitioners in relation to asset realisation/recovery in both corporate failure and bankruptcy situations. He also
regularly advises directors as to the pitfalls to look out for and their responsibilities when their business is struggling financially. He was the insolvency lead in the successful First Priority CVA.
