Katie jointly heads up the Employment, HR & Pensions Team. Katie regularly advises clients on a wide range of non-contentious and contentious employment issues, including defending complex employment tribunal claims for discrimination, victimisation, harassment, unfair dismissal, breach of contract, wrongful dismissal, and whistleblowing, as well as claims brought in the county court for unlawful deduction of wages.
Melissa Chuttur, Solicitor, Employment
Melissa advises on all aspects of employment law. She has a strong Tribunal claim leaning and uses her skills and insight from acting for employees to the benefit of our employer clients. She also has significant discrimination experience, and carries out policy drafting and reviews disciplinary/grievance outcome letters (amongst other things). She is also a fluent French speaker.
