Our 6 monthly HM Updates seem to come around faster and faster each time. Maybe an age thing but more likely the never-ending output from the Courts and Tribunals and, despite Brexit, new government policy affecting housing. Two policy announcements in particular inform this Update: the Social Housing Green Paper and the Consultation on Social Housing Rents from 2020. All housing professionals need to be aware of the key issues relating to both and our Update will do just that. We have also included a timely “revision” session on the Housing & Planning Act.
