Once again, it has not taken much deliberation to put together this programme for our 6 monthly Housing Management Update, such is the quantity of case-law, legislation and day to day issues which housing law generates, even in the short space of 6 months. As always, we combine issues which are happening now and those on the horizon. We are not soothsayers but we can give you an idea of where we think policy proposals and changes in case-law are likely to take us.
