This session will provide an overview of a landlord’s obligations in relation to disrepair and housing conditions. The webinar will cover the Pre-Action Protocol for Housing Conditions and the legal process that follows a Letter of Claim.

Baljit has extensive experience acting for RPs and LAs having done so for over 20 years. Her work includes dealing with and managing large volume housing litigation claims which include Possession, Disrepair, statutory nuisance, adhoc advice, policy and procedure work, and delivering training to clients on a wide range of housing management topics.

Mary Brennan, Solicitor, Housing Management & Property Litigation

Mary acts for landlords in England and Wales, advising on a wide range of housing and property litigation matters.

Mary specialises in tenancy matters including possession, breach of tenancy and subletting. She advises landlords in relation to their capacity as landlords under long leasehold blocks of flats.
