This course aims to provide a practical introduction to issues involved in dealing with commercial leases from both the leaseholder and the landlord’s prospective. This includes considering whether a lease is a business lease for the purposes for the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 and the implications that follow from that as well as dealing with practical issues of breaches and potential claims for dilapidations. Those involved in managing commercial leasehold properties will benefit from attending this course.
