This webinar aims to provide an understanding of some of the key the issues involved in dealing with s.20 consultation prior to entering into energy contracts serving residential property. This webinar will consider issues involving the timing of consultation and service of notices as well as applying for dispensation in these types of cases. This webinar covers an important aspect of the statutory consultation process and will be of benefit to those involved in service charge recovery.
Neil’s responsibilities include conducting housing litigation which involves defending disrepair claims and advising clients of settlements, bringing actions for nuisance such as possession proceedings, Anti-Social Behaviour Injunctions, bringing possession actions for unlawful sub-letting, non-occupation and disputed succession claims. Neil also conducts general property litigation which includes both residential and commercial properties. This includes claims for forfeiture, business lease renewal claims under Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, service charge disputes including recovery of unpaid service charges and s20 consultation and Judicial Review. Neil also provides non-contentious advice in respect of housing and leasehold management and general property matters.
