About the Speakers:

Neil Lawlor, Partner, Housing Management & Property Litigation, Devonshires

Neil’s responsibilities include conducting housing litigation which involves defending disrepair claims and advising clients of settlements, bringing actions for nuisance such as possession proceedings, Anti-Social Behaviour Injunctions, bringing possession actions for unlawful sub-letting, non-occupation and disputed succession claims. Neil also conducts general property litigation which includes both residential and commercial properties.

Mark Foxcroft, Partner, Housing Management & Property Litigation, Devonshires

Mark’s practice encompasses all aspects of contentious property litigation on matters relating to both residential and commercial property. In particular, Mark specialises in leasehold matters and has extensive experience representing clients in the First Tier and Upper Tribunals. This work includes claims for forfeiture, service charge disputes, lease variations and extensions, statutory consultation and contentious boundary disputes.
