This course aims to provide a practical introduction to the issues involved in dealing with dilapidations from both the perspective of the leaseholder and the landlord. This includes considering when a dilapidations claim can be raised, assessing the value of such claims and dealing with and managing such claims. Those involved in managing leasehold properties, both residential and commercial and, for example, private sector leasing arrangements, will benefit from attending this course.
