We have noticed an increase in Local Housing Authorities (LHAs) using their powers to tackle poor housing conditions with Landlords often poorly equipped to respond. This seminar will provide an overview of LHA duties and the power to serve notices or take other enforcement action under the Housing Act 2004 and will provide practical tips to landlords to avoid prosecution. This seminar is suitable for surveyors, housing officers and all those concerned with the management of residential premises.
