About the speakers:

Lee Russell, Partner, Devonshires 

Lee was one of the first solicitors to qualify as part of the Solicitors Regulation Authority’s fully qualifying law degree. He was one of the youngest qualifying solicitors at the time.

Lee advises on all aspects of housing management and property litigation, regularly advising private organisations, land owners, developers, investors, charities, local authorities and some of the largest providers of social housing in the United Kingdom.

Gemma Bell, Partner, Devonshires 

Gemma advises on a range of areas including social housing regulatory, charity law, governance, company and community benefit society law, corporate restructuring projects, joint ventures, stock transfers and mergers and acquisitions.

Gemma acts for a range of clients nationally including housing associations, local authorities, charities and social enterprises.

Stavrina Tofallis, Partner, Devonshires 

Stavrina advises on all aspects of residential property development projects, including acquisitions, site set ups and plot sales.

Prior to Devonshires, Stavrina worked as a development lawyer at a leading regional firm where she acted for a wide variety of private residential developers and leading property finance institutions.

Mark Foxcroft, Partner, Devonshires 

Mark’s practice encompasses all aspects of contentious property litigation on matters relating to both residential and commercial property. In particular, Mark specialises in leasehold matters and has extensive experience representing clients in the First Tier and Upper Tribunals. This work includes claims for forfeiture, service charge disputes, lease variations and extensions, statutory consultation and contentious boundary disputes.
