Rights to Light

An overview of Rights to Light including the legal principles establishing the existence of any such right (whether it be express, implied or prescriptive) and how your proposed development may be affected as a result. We will also look at how to deal with claims which may become litigious if they cannot be settled following the statutory compensation procedure.
