This session will cover a variety of soft skills and valuable tips for Junior Lawyers, Paralegals, Trainee and NQ Solicitors that can be put to good use when working with both clients and peers. This will be an interactive seminar where the audience are encouraged to participate and share their experiences, followed by drinks and networking.

Donna McCarthy, Partner

Donna’s 20 plus years of experience and excellent client relationships makes her a respected and trusted advisor to landlords in both the social housing and private sector.

Neil Toner, Partner 

Neil has an unusually broad experience spanning mainstream residential development, environmental liability advice, education projects, planning and infrastructure delivery and work for commercial and residential end users.

Kerri Harrison, Solicitor

Kerri initially joined Devonshires as a Paralegal, before completing her training contract and qualifying into the Housing Management Department where she provides advice and assistance on a wide range of matters including landord possession claims, unauthorised occupation, Anti-Social Behaviour and disrepair.

Alexandra Benion, Solicitor

Alexandra is a solicitor in the Real Estate & Projects Team. Prior to this Alexandra worked as a trainee solicitor in various departments assisting on a range of legal matters.
