The InLaws Programme – Holding Difficult Conversations

Part of the challenge of the modern world is that we sometimes have to have challenging and difficult conversations. At the time we want to be at our best, we can find ourselves at our worst. This session will bring a difficult conversation – of the audience’s creation – to life and introduce key tip and tools to make your next difficult conversation much easier.
