Donna McCarthy, Partner, Devonshires
Donna heads up a team advising on all aspects of housing management law and practice, acting for Local Authorities, Registered Providers and private landlords in complex litigation, including possession proceedings; actions to restrain Anti-Social Behaviour; injunctions and disrepair actions.
Donna’s expertise in complex dispute resolution, both in and out of court, sits alongside her extensive experience in advising on non-contentious policy and procedure in addition to regulatory matters.
Jeremy Fussell, Director, Herald TD
Jeremy Fussell trained in voice and speech at The Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. For over twenty-five years he has worked as a trainer, assessor and coach both within The UK and Internationally, across many sectors and from board level to graduate and first line manager. He is accredited by the British Psychological Society to Level B Intermediate Plus.
His work focuses on people and behaviours, specialising in areas such as Leadership, Team Development, Performance Management and Personal Impact. Jeremy’s background in voice and Impact allows him to work extensively as a vocal coach to help individuals achieve the impact they want, both day to day and in Presentations.
