About the speakers:

Hannah Langford, Partner, Devonshires 

Hannah works closely with Registered Providers on development projects, with a particular focus on planning, regeneration, and merger due diligence. She specialises in development and regeneration schemes including site assembly, joint ventures, section 106 acquisitions, and regeneration projects. One of her key strengths lies in her understanding of client’s governance and regulatory obligations.

Matt Carroll, Property and Regeneration Director, Altair 

Matt has worked within the sector for over 20 years and leads Altair’s Property section, having formally been one of the founding partners of the pod development consultancy. He has delivered numerous complex and high quality development projects from acquisition to completion, including extensive and ambitious town centre regeneration.

Tom Dewey, Property and Regeneration Director, Altair 

Tom is a Chartered Town Planner who has worked in the housing and regeneration sector for over a decade and a half since his recruitment to the national regeneration agency, English Partnerships in 2005.

He has extensive experience of working with Local Authorities and Registered Providers at a senior level to deliver both large scale and more focussed transformational housing led regeneration projects from the plan making process through to implementation on site.
