Update: Public Sector Equality Duty

In this webinar we discuss the circumstances in which the Public Sector Equality Duty applies to Housing Associations. This session will focus on compliance with the PSED in possession claims and will update you on recent case law with practical guidance on carrying out and evidencing a PSED assessment. Lee and Hannah have led on some of the leading PSED cases involving registered providers of social housing in recent years.

Lee Russell, Partner, Housing Management and Property Litigation

Lee advises on all aspects of housing management and property litigation, regularly advising private organisations, land owners, developers, investors, charities, local authorities and some of the largest providers of social housing in the United Kingdom.

Hannah Keane, Solicitor, Housing Management and Property Litigation

Hannah joined Devonshires Solicitors in 2015 as Paralegal in the Securitisation Team. After taking six months out to complete her Legal Practice Course, Hannah returned to Devonshires as a Paralegal in the Housing Management Team, where she advised on various issues of disrepair and assisted solicitors on further matters arising out of social housing such as subletting and anti-social behaviour.
