This webinar aims to provide an understanding of some of the key the issues involved in dealing with works and asset management where the use of scaffolding is required. This webinar will consider issues involving possible nuisance, breach of lease and access to neighbouring land. This webinar covers an important aspect of carrying out works and asset management and be of benefit to those involved in asset management as well as those in tenancy and leasehold management.

Neil’s responsibilities include conducting housing litigation which involves defending disrepair claims and advising clients of settlements, bringing actions for nuisance such as possession proceedings, Anti-Social Behaviour Injunctions, bringing possession actions for unlawful sub-letting, non-occupation and disputed succession claims. Neil also conducts general property litigation which includes both residential and commercial properties. This includes claims for forfeiture, business lease renewal claims under Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, service charge disputes including recovery of unpaid service charges and s20 consultation and Judicial Review. Neil also provides non-contentious advice in respect of housing and leasehold management and general property matters.
