Krissun Soodin joins our Real Estate and Projects team as a Partner.
Krissun previously worked at Devonshires as a Solicitor between 2015 and 2017 and has spent the last five years in the Real Estate team at Winckworth Sherwood where he advised housebuilders and the UK’s leading Registered Providers on development matters including site assembly and acquisitions, joint venture agreements, overage, planning, build contracts and infrastructure agreements.
Returning to Devonshires as a Partner, Krissun further strengthens our Real Estate and Projects team and continues to act on a wide range of development matters for Registered Providers and developers.
Based in London, Krissun becomes the firm’s 51st Partner and his appointment takes the Real Estate and Projects Partner count to 18.
Earlier this month, we appointed Solicitor, Mohammed Kalam, who will be working in our Development Sales team. Mohammed, also re-joined Devonshires, having worked as a paralegal at the firm from 2015 to 2017. Both appointments mean the Real Estate and Projects team has grown to 57 fee earners.
Speaking of his appointment, Krissun says: “I am excited to be re-joining the team at Devonshires, having previously spent two years at the firm. I am looking forward to growing my expertise within the partnership, as part of a dynamic and ambitious firm.”
